First on my list is to LOSE WEIGHT....LOSE WEIGHT....LOSE WEIGHT...!!
Second - limit my rice intake which I know adds to the size of my waist (lol!)
Third - Religiously take calcium vitamins for my bones!
P.S.( and the 4th) - Do all the 3 resolutions above.!

Oh good, I thought because of the holidays, baka kako sa Easter mo na matanggap ha ha ha! Well, ako talaga tamad uminom ng vitamins...but I think it's about time to be serious in taking vitamins for my bones and health! We, coming from the Phil. are prone to having weak bones...so....we should both take calcium!
